WPI Clas Docs not displaying

I downloaded the CHM file from the WPI page using this URL:

http://first.wpi.edu/Images/CMS/Firs...gReference.chm

None of the pages display from this file, it looks like the URL's for the topics is not right.

I can access the lib here:

http://users.wpi.edu/~bamiller/WPIRoboticsLibrary/

I assume this page is kept up to date with the CHM file?
