When I go to the two websites listed for replacement batteries, both say part not found. Online all I find are np18-12B, can not find np18-12R. Any help on getting spare batteries? Thanks

As described in the "Where to get more" document, additional batteries can be obtained from www.enersys.com or www.dantona.com.
