Is it legal to use a second solenoid, connected to the exhaust side of the primary solenoid, to control the exhaust from the cyllinder that is controlled by the primary solenoid?
Pneumatic - using valves in series
Rule <74> prohibits outputs from multiple valves into the same input on a pneumatic cyclinder. If we use the Festo solenoid provided in the KoP _in series with a single-acting, normally open pneumatic valve (spring loaded to vent) to regulate_exhaust_from the Festo solenoid, are we in compliance with <R74>?

No, this is prohibited per Rule <R74>.
