Default How to use the GDC answers at regional events

First, I apologize if this posting is in the wrong forum. But, I tried to post in:

    "Using The Game Design Fora
Instructions on using the Game Design Fora and a place for posting miscellaneous issues not addressed in other FIRST Robotics Competition fora."

But, even though the title says it is a place for posting questions like this, it is locked.

Will this fora be available at regional events in case we use a decision here by the GDC to defend something on our robot or our strategy or something if it is called into question at the event? Or should teams try and print out the entire fora and bring it with them? would that be considered as "legal proof" for defense?

I just don't want to take an answer from here, make a design or strategy decision on it, only to find it is called into question at a regional (or even the championship) event and it causes issues.

    Thank you.

Although there may be web access at some regionals, FIRST will not guarantee access to the Q&A forums at any events. Even at events with web access, it will not be directly available to support pit-area or on-field discussions. Therefore, if you are basing a design decision or an operating strategy on a particular answer to a Q&A posting, we recommend you print out the post and bring it with you.
