G48 Clarification
G48 deals with entering ringers into play. It states that a ringer may be thrown to a bot over the wall. Is it legal for a human player to pass a ringer to a bot over the wall if the robot hand and the human player never cross the plane of the wall? All rules would be the same as the passthrough port except that the ringer would be passed over the wall.
