<R31> Decorative LEDs

Rule <R31> States "No devices or decorations are permitted on the robot that are intended to jam or interfere with the operation of the vision system (i.e. changing robot color to confuse opponent’s vision system)."

Are decorative LEDs other than Green allowed? as long as there is no
obvious threat to vision systems, intentional or otherwise.

The blue LED is bright (which we want). Would our team have restrictions against using blue or red LEDs?

Any color is allowed, provided it does not interfere with the vision system. It would be wise to provide a means to disconnect the decoration if there were an unforseen interference problem.
