Fix-It Window Definition

Since we are allowed to keep our operator interface controls, can we, after the robot ships and outside of the Fix-It windows:
1) Make/remodel the OI/joystick box
2) Develop dashboard viewer software.

After the robot has shipped, spare or replacement parts for the operator interface system may be fabricated during the Fix-It-Window periods, but only during these periods. After the robot has shipped, dashboard software may be developed during the Fix-It-Window periods, but only during these periods.
