returning to pits during eliminations

If a team wins its quarterfinal rounds, are they allowed to return to the pits for repairs before the semifinal rounds?

During all phases of the elimination rounds, there will be at least four minutes between matches (see Rule <T02>). During this period, teams may repair their robot in the queuing area. At the team's option they may return to their pits for repairs, as long as they can do so within the allotted time. If additional time is needed the Alliance Captain may request the use of a time-out if they have one available (see Rule <T04>).
