More Alliance Captains during Eliminations
As a follow-up to the previous question...
Are teams allowed to choose an alliance captain/team rep for the purpose of participating in the alliance selection process (for example, the head of the scouting team) but then pass the alliance captain role to another student (in one of the four field roles) for the elimination rounds?
