Our robot has narrow side panels so the regular bumpers are to big. Are we able to make smaller bumpers? What restrictions do we have if we can use custom bumpers?

Rule <R08> specifies the construction requirements for the bumpers. Custom designs, including smaller bumpers, are not permitted.
