Team Update #9's revision of R55 explicitly allows custom circuits to be powered via the RC's 5v pins.
Does R55 therefore mean to exclude the use of the RC's 7.2v pins as a source of power for custom circuits?

The 7.2v connection on the Robot Controller is for power input from the backup battery only. Nothing else should be connected to these connectors.
