In the NJ Regional Elimination matches, a team had a wayward hybrid program that sent the robot careening into the opposing alliance's player station, knocking controls off the shelf and disconnecting them. The NJ refs determined that this action was egregious enough to merit a Yellow Card. While I'm not concerned with the carding itself, the refs issued Yellow Cards to the entire alliance for the actions of one team's robot. All of the rules regarding carding refer to cards being applied to a single team. While T11 says that one team getting Red Carded will DQ the entire alliance in the Elims, it doesn't say anything about cards applying to all teams on an alliance. So I'm curious if this interpretation of the carding system is going to be enforce in later regionals, or if it was a misunderstanding due to first regional jitters.
