217 Brings Superintendent to Troy District
Dr. Christine Johns of Utica Community Schools enthusiastically joined with the ThunderChickens on Saturday at the competition in Troy, MI. The superintendent of Michigan's second largest school district has been inspired by what 217 does, and consequently, she is pushing for new teams and is supplying funds out of the district's tight budget to do so.
