We are shipping a second crate to nationals in Atlanta. Along with tools and other necessities we are shipping our teams 40 pound withholding allowance. Our question is how do we check in our withholding allowance if it is in the crate in the pit area when we arrive.

If the second crate was shipped at the same time, and to the same destination, as the primary crate containing your robot, then for this purpose it can be considered "shipped with the robot" and there is no problem.
If the second create was shipped at a later date, then we recommend that you set aside your Withholding Allowance items after they are unpacked and until your team is formally checked in. At the check-in, if there is any question about your Withholding Allowance it can be addressed, and inspected if necessary. |
