Hallo! Are you asking about FLL, FTC, or FRC? For First Lego League, the highest score I noticed reported in the Typical Scores thread was 302 by a team from Denmark.

The highest I have ever seen a an FLL team do is 314, but not in a competition. Those pesky high scores seem to elude the good teams at championships!
