JFLL teams in Northwest Illinois suburbs?

Are there any JFLL teams in Northwest suburbs of Illinois? I am looking for a team for my 7 yr old. I would start a team as well, but do not have prior experience. Would be interested in shadowing existing teams to learn the ropes.
Also anyone know how to use the Team Match up service?
