Default Finding the best FLL team

What I should I need to consider in finding the best FLL team for my 7 yr old daughter in finding the best FLL team? Thanks in advance!

The good news is that you probably have a couple of years to find a team for your daughter. The recommended starting age for FLL is 9 years old. Some areas do have Junior FLL programs, and I believe that program accepts kids 6 to 9 years old.

Many people find FLL teams through schools and other organizations they are affiliated with. Most people don't really get to pick and choose between teams - if they find one their child can join, they are happy. If they can't find a suitable FLL team, many people start their own team. Starting a team sounds more intimidating than it actually is.

Your options really depend upon the area of the country where you live. Since your daughter is a little young for FLL this year, I would recommend contacting your regional organizing partner to learn when tournaments are held this year. Attending a local tournament can put you in contact with potential teams in your area, and also give you a better idea for what FLL involves. You can find your regional partner at this site:
