problems with flash drive

i am having troubles installing the files from the flash drive onto the computer provided i put the flash drive in and click the autorun icon and it comes up with the first menu and i click to install both the programs and then i hit an error. is this common?

what's your operating system? if your using windows 7... just right click.... and select run as administrator...
