Field "Builder's" Forum ??

It is my understanding that there is a hidden/private forum that was used for communications between the field builders prior to kickoff to discuss any problems/questions in getting the remote kickoff field elements built. I have been told that there is very beneficial information posted in this forum that would help others trying to build the rack from the provided team drawings, AND that this forum was to be made public after the kickoff. Is this information available (or have I been sent on a wild goose chase)?? Thanks!
