Default Classmate Image Fails

I am attempting to image a new/2011 Classmate using the "2011 Image for '11 Classmate" flash drive and following the instructions in "HOW TO SET UP YOUR 2011 DRIVER STATION". I can get to the point where it says:
Image applied successfully!
Press any key to continue...
When I press a key, the command prompt sits at the F:\ drive and does nothing, so I either exit the command prompt or reboot the Classmate manually.

Then it bluescreens and reboots to the standard Windows Error Recovery screen immediately when the screen with a progress bar and "(c) Microsoft Corporation shows up. None of the options work, but when I boot to safe mode, the last thing it loads before crashing is \Windows\system32\DRIVERS\classpnp.sys

I'm afraid that I may have a bad image, since I've tried everything I can think of - even using different USB ports, removing the USB drive before and after pressing a key to continue, leaving it in, etc...

Please let me know if you have any ideas how I should proceed.

I'm having the exact same issue same issue, only using the 2011 Image for '10 Classmates. After doing a successful flash of the Classmate, it will reboot but crash. In Safe Mode, it'll crash when it arrives at CLASSPNP.SYS.

If anyone has insight about how to fix it'd be appreciated.

For those having the same problem, we found a pseudo solution. We had to find another, confirmed working USB from a different team. The issue is with the USB key itself, not with the Classmate or the user.

My best solution is start calling local area teams and seeing if you could borrow their USB key

I also need a copy of the memory stick for FRC 2011.
Mine was accidentally formatted and our labview became corrupt after the patch.

Anyone?
