<G49> ROBOTS may not attempt to POSSESS a GAME PIECE that is being POSSESSED by
another ROBOT.
Violation: PENALTY

Does this mean that we can't have one robot hand a game piece to another robot on the same alliance?

This would seem counter intuitive based on the intent of the game. We are intended to 1) work as a team, 2) help both our alliance and the competing alliance score as many points as possible. Therefore, there should be a means of handing a piece to another robot...
