We are have been having this issue were we compile a code on windriver and then we deploy it. After doing so we open the drive station and it says no robot code... We have undeployed and tried different example code constantly and even Formatted it with the cROI Imaging tool. and then put in a new code ofter and reset the robot. The two codes we were trying were the BuiltinDefaultCode and the SimpleRobotTemplate and boath say no robo code if any idea why this is happening pleas pleas reply

Default Re: Driver Station No Robot Code

Nevermind!!! We figured out that we also had to upload the LabView CD that came with the kit. Then we updated LabView, the utilites, Driver Station, C++ (thanks to the power of reading!!!)

We found the answer in the "Getting Started with the 2011 FRC Control System 2011 FRC". So, long story short...

1. install windriver
2. install labview
3. update everything, LabView, the utilites, Driver Station, C++(or applicable programming language)
4. open CompactRIO Imaging Tool
5. select Development Enviroment
6. make sure Format Controller says 2011
7. load code and test
