Shirt Design: do we have a permission to use "LEGO"?

Our shirt design has been rejected because of use of a "modified" Lego logo. Talking to the shirt maker, even the word "lego" is restricted...

Are we given a permission to use it? If so, is there a link to such permission?

So it seems like WE can use it... but this is a response I got from Zazzle:

After reading your link, Zazzle cannot print any content related to First or Lego because we are a commercial entity.

What is up with that? They printed the shirts for us last two years without any problems. Of course, any t-shirt maker will be a commercial entity! Unless you make the shirts yourself...

Does anyone know a company who is more reasonable about this and has a quick turnaround?

Our team uses http://www.customink.com and they are pretty fast. You can rush orders as well. I had them print T-Shirts for us with LEGO (ie. FIRST LEGO League) and not had a problem.
