Exclamation Error while launching wind river 3.3

when I launch wind river 3.3 it tells me to see the error log and it says

Seems like there is a problem with your Wind River installation. I would recommend uninstalling Wind River, then reinstalling. Make sure that you start with disc 1, read the document found on the disc "FIRST_Robotics_Competition_2012_README_FIRST.pdf" , and read the supplement found here before beginning installation: http://www.usfirst.org/sites/default...bench3%203.pdf

To Uninstall Wind River, browse to "C:\WindRiver\maintenance\mtool" and double click "mtool.exe" and click Uninstall.

After uninstalling Windriver, I would recommend deleting the "c:\Windriver" directory, too. The license info is left behind and caused me a few headaches when reinstalling it on a Windows 7 64-bit machine.
