Does anyone know of NXT brick programing tools that run on Linux platform that are legal for use in FLL?

No, the only allowed programming languages in FLL are NXT-G and ROBOLAB. Both languages are only supported on Windows and Mac platforms. I found a note about running ROBOLAB on Linux, but it appears to involve running Windows inside a virtual machine on Linux.
