I have also stated that I cannot recommend FLL to a friend or colleague unless changes are made to the current secretive judging process.
Your behavior is bordering on harassment. I understand that you are angry, but don't let that cloud your judgement.

Others have alluded to this, but I think it's time to repeat it. From http://www.usfirst.org/aboutus/gracious-professionalism:

Gracious Professionalism is part of the ethos of FIRST. It's a way of doing things that encourages high-quality work, emphasizes the value of others, and respects individuals and the community.

With Gracious Professionalism, fierce competition and mutual gain are not separate notions. Gracious professionals learn and compete like crazy, but treat one another with respect and kindness in the process. They avoid treating anyone like losers. No chest thumping tough talk, but no sticky-sweet platitudes either. Knowledge, competition, and empathy are comfortably blended.

In the long run, Gracious Professionalism is part of pursuing a meaningful life. One can add to society and enjoy the satisfaction of knowing one has acted with integrity and sensitivity.

doesn't anybody ever lock a thread around here?

we have moved on.

So can anybody give me any advice on how to get a 12u fastpitch rec team to take things a little more seriously and remember that the ONLY rule I have is NOT "to have Fun!!!" -as they cry out every time I ask them this question - but is instead "the Coach doesn't pack up the equipment bag!"?

Science has not yet found a solution to that problem...
