  • Oregon State Championship Target Max Scores

The state championships for Oregon are quickly approaching (Jan 19th & 20th).

I was curious what other teams in Oregon are shooting for with regards to max points. Anyone care to share?

Our team was one of the teams that took first place overall and highest robot score (~145) at our qualifier event in Portland, and we are currently at 220. Not sure if we'll make it past that between now and the competition. I believe we will be competing on the 19th.

Anyways, goodluck to all that will be competing! It should be fun.

Thanks Tim. Looks like the top score from qualifiers was 219.

I heard that team is shooting for 220 at the state tournament.

Somewhat more seriously, in the week right before a tournament, I generally recommend teams focus more on making their missions robust, and don't get tempted to add more missions.
