  • Minibot problem

I have a question. Does the Minibot needs to be programed, or it can be only electrical. And does the minibot needs to be programed with a NXT (R) or it can be programed with a Cypress (R) or with an Arduino?

The rules nor the updates states it needs to be programmed.

I do not think that either of these are allowed as per <R92>.

the thing is that there doesn't say anything about the processor, just say:
"No more than one NXT controller with the Bluetooth functionality disabled".

"No more than one" means one or zero. So you don't need an NXT controller.

But there are no other controllers in the list of allowable parts in <R92>.
