  • lost my credits?

    I seem to have lost my credits for First Choice when my team's final payment missed the deadline. Will we get our credits back at some point?

    Hi! Here is the answer provided by our Kit of Parts Manager, Kate Pilotte:

    You won't lose any credits due to late payment. Once you're payment is secured with FIRST, if you still don't see credits when logged in to the FIRST Choice site, please contact firstchoice@andymark.com.
